Rules & Regulations

• Library timings are 9:30 am – 5.30 pm, including summer vacations,
• The library will be closed during Diwali & Christmas vacations,
• Signing visitor’s register is compulsory for every individual entering the Library,
• Students can borrow two books at a time & retain them for a period of two weeks,
• Faculty members can borrow 20 books at a time & retain them for a period of 90 days,
• Borrowers shall be responsible for any damage/loss of items issued under their name,
• Items issued must be returned on/before the last date stamped on the due date slip of each book,
• Reference books like Encyclopedias, Dictionaries, Thesis & Dissertations, Bound Volumes, etc. & books costing above 4000 INR/- will not be issued out,
• Internet Services are to be used for accessing educational resources only,
• Beverages/Food items are not allowed in the Library,
• Keep your personal belongings on the property counter,
• Reference & periodical sources (Newspaper, Journals, Magazines) are only for reference inside the Library.
